Getting Dizzy #4

The visor of Dizzy's yellow helmet becomes a window into something unsettling on this striking cover — reflected in its gleaming surface are two figures: a wide-grinning creature with glowing red eyes and a more subtle, curiously watchful presence, while Dizzy herself wears a quiet, knowing smirk below. Celia Moscote's art makes brilliant use of that reflective visor to layer tension and personality into a single close-up image, the swirling iridescent distortion giving the whole composition an appropriately dizzy energy. This fourth issue from Shea Fontana and BOOM! Box looks like the series is building toward something deliciously complicated for its hero.
