Get Fury #3

The mosaic cover by Dave Johnson tells the whole grim story at a glance: a looming silhouetted figure — assembled from panel fragments showing a skull, a prisoner bound behind bars, an armed soldier beside a Communist star flag, and a hard-faced veteran — sets a beautifully ominous tone for this Marvel MAX chapter. Garth Ennis and Jacen Burrows bring their unflinching sensibilities to "The Welcome Wagon," and the imagery of captivity, wartime menace, and barbed wire promises the kind of brutal, grounded tension this creative team does so well. If the first two issues drew you in, issue #3 looks ready to tighten the screws considerably.
