In the Mobius Chair, Wally has all the knowledge of the Multiverse, including knowledge of every Crisis and alternate timelines. But he finds inconsistencies in the timeline, seeing multiple versions of the same events, and realizes that something has altered time and space and he must use his new abilities to deal with it. As he attempts to repair the timeline, he finds a new threat who is changing the Multiverse.
