Gene Autry Comics #23

Gene Autry encounters wild hillbilly children in a canyon and attempts to help corral them with his companions Bill and Whitey. When the group spots a herd of loony hillbillies living in the canyon, Gene must chase them back down before they cause further trouble. A separate story, "Lucky Hunch," depicts cattle buyer Sharpe Siddon attempting to purchase livestock from a rancher, leading to a confrontation when Siddon's aggressive tactics provoke the rancher's resistance to the sale.
