Garth Ennis Chronicles of Wormwood #Preview Edition

May 2006 · Avatar Press · 0.99 USD

In this bold and offbeat preview from Garth Ennis’s *Chronicles of Wormwood*, the Son of Satan navigates life on Earth with his unlikely best friend—Jesus, known as “Jay,” a black man with dreadlocks—while both have rejected their divine legacies. The story introduces Danny Wormwood, a man with a talking rabbit, and Joan of Arc, who serves as his enigmatic, masochistic companion, all set in a world where the supernatural is just another oddity. With striking art by Jacen Burrows and color by Andrew Dalhouse, the cover by Burrows captures the story’s darkly whimsical tone.
