The sixth volume of Midam, Adam, and Patelin's Game Over series arrives with a cover that perfectly captures the series' slapstick charm — a small, nervous adventurer tiptoeing across a rickety rope bridge lined with jingling bells, while on the opposite cliff a massive, snoozing green monster sleeps blissfully, axe in hand. The subtitle "Sound of Silence" says it all, and the tension between those dangling bells and that lightly snoring giant sets up a deliciously precarious situation. Published by Ballon in 2012, this is lighthearted adventure comedy at its most entertainingly nerve-wracking.
