Cobra Commander enacts his plans. He bombs Great Britain and France and leaves the President in the middle of a desert in the Middle East. Colton, Hawk, and Sparks defend the Rock as Jane evacuates the civilians. The team in Jerusalem attempts to get back to Washington D.C., but are attacked. Russia attempts to bomb the U.S.A. in order to stop Cobra attacks, but are thwarted. Falcon and Vorona are stopped by Russian guards. Storm Shadow finds the inmates from the Coffin have been freed by Tomax and Cobra. He trades Xamot with Tomax in exchange for the other prisoners.
