In Japan, Colton investigates Bludd's claim to have killed a Joe. Storm Shadow and Kamakura argue, Colton and Scarlett argue, and Snake Eye's vitals suddenly return. In South America, Duke is tortured by Calvin, who is seeking revenge on Cobra Commander. In Japan, the Red Ninja clan attack, and reveal their newest member: Snake Eyes.
