G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero – Duke #1

This "Silent Missions" spotlight issue puts Duke front and center — literally — with Wes Craig's striking cover depicting a battle-hardened soldier gripping a rifle across his chest, his lower face wrapped in a tactical balaclava and his eyes locked with cool, unnerving focus straight at the reader. Craig's linework has a lean, graphic confidence to it, and Jason Wordie's muted blue-grey palette gives the whole image a moody, covert-ops atmosphere perfectly suited to the silent-mission premise. A strong opening chapter for this 2025 Image series built around one of G.I. Joe's most recognizable operatives.
