With Snake Eyes and Helix fighting through Cobra forces on the ground, Shareware and Dial-tone pilot their vehicle from afar, pushing through the storm. The issue ends with a haunting transmission from the moon—two words that send shockwaves through the ranks: "The Commander is dead," and "Help us."
