Local authorities try to arrest Scarlett and Duke. Orizama is dropped off at Section Zero. Flint; Beach Head, and Cover Girl try to find the man who killed Bazooka, but fail. Blacklight contacts the Baroness. Duke and Scarlett visit Orizama's wife, and she tells them her husband won't need coersion to cooperate, just curiosity. Destro explains his project to Orizama, and Orizama fixes it. The M.A.S.S. device finally manages to successfully teleport a team back and forth. The Joes honor Bazooka.
