"Plot in Chungmin" follows Lieutenant Commander Richard Falter and Commander Frank Robbins of the U.S. Navy as they are tasked with cooperating with movie producer Barry Novins to film a motion picture in Korea during wartime; the plot involves a Korean girl and her fisherman friend who must be rescued from communist forces. A second story depicts Army soldiers dealing with an accidental discovery that baking powder can be used as a weapon, leading to complications including a court-martial threat, before they move forward with combat operations against enemy positions in Korean villages.
