Funny Films #5

A rabbit character attempts to achieve balance in nature by using plants and water to make things grow while making things shrink, but his schemes repeatedly backfire comedically. When the rabbit's inventions fail to work as intended, he tries to help a friend who has lost his job by inventing something useful, but instead creates chaos—ultimately leading to the friend getting hired as a noise-maker at a furniture store. The story concludes with the rabbit and his companion being evicted after their various misadventures cause disruption.
