This anthology issue features laughter-filled movie-style cartoons. "Blunderbunny" follows the character as he attempts to scare ducks for a local theater owner by using various props and schemes, including consulting his handbook and deploying a "Getrichquickometer," but repeatedly fails to scare the intended targets and instead frightens other animals. A "Hector the Specter" story depicts the ghost attempting to grab a sand-hauling truck, deploying a special long-armed law gadget to capture blocks, but ending up caught in chaotic pursuit.
