Funny Films #15 is a humor anthology featuring two main stories: "Screen Snapshots," a series of brief gag strips showcasing a character's mechanical dog invention that can perform tricks and work without tiring, and "Blunderbunny," in which Blunderbunny and his friend Bunky need to find work to pay their boarding house rent and take jobs as handymen at a china shop, where they cause comedic destruction. The issue also includes "Whoodoodit," a parody detective story featuring a talking dog and an elderly landlady, and concludes with slapstick scenes involving characters named Dead-Eye and Alkali Ike at a hotel.
