"Bronc-Buster's Sweetheart" follows a ranch girl caught between love and duty when a handsome cowboy named Bart asks her to marry him and give up the dangerous work of bronc busting and cattle rustling. When rustlers steal cattle and Bart is wounded in the conflict, the girl must choose between pursuing the criminals with the sheriff or staying with Bart. She ultimately chooses to help capture the rustlers, and the story concludes with her reunion with Bart after the criminals are apprehended. "See It My Way" tells of a narrator's failed romance with a woman named Sally Bennet; despite their initial love, misunderstandings lead to their separation, and the narrator reflects on losing her when he encounters her years later in town with another man.
