Frogman #4

This issue contains "Gulf Stream Riddle," in which a ship's doctor discovers a survivor from a freighter lost in a tropical hurricane has bubonic plague, forcing the captain to quarantine him. A character named Tundra arrives seeking the doctor to support his engineering plan for a revolutionary building that will rise above sea level, but the doctor refuses and Tundra departs angered with plans to proceed with backing from the Balkans and a munitions king named Zaratz. The story concludes with Tundra's mad dream of constructing a tower higher than Mount Everest, which ends when a pirate named Jamie Ball raises his hands in surrender after an encounter with hippopotamuses in the jungle, where the group narrowly escapes the charging animals and flees back toward the jungle for safety.
