Frisky Fables #10

An anthology of animal fables featuring two main stories: "Frisky" follows a cat who attempts to trick mice by disguising himself as a ghost with red paint, but the mice discover his deception when the paint washes off. "Diggy the Derrick," illustrated by C.W. Winter, tells of a anthropomorphic steam shovel named Diggy who is dressed up in ribbons and bows for a formal dedication ceremony of a new schoolhouse, making him feel embarrassed and unmanly, and later encounters a giant who attempts to eat him before Diggy negotiates by offering to be useful and provide dinner instead.
