Rachael Matheson tells Walter and William that she needs their help to avoid the fate of the previous scientists who are living heads in glass jars. She lets Walter read her mind to convince him she is telling the truth. They then work together to escape the facility by teleporting out, unfortunately Rachael is shot in the escape.
