# Frankenstein #5 The issue contains two stories. In the first, Frankenstein's monster is recruited to lead an Institute for the Rehabilitation of Maladjusted Ghosts after a man named Silas pushes the supposedly-indestructible Hubert Rockwell off a roof, only to have Hubert return as a ghost claiming newfound powers of invisibility and the ability to walk through walls. Frankenstein accepts the position and Silas, now reformed, wonders how Hubert fell. In the second story, a con artist selling a fake money-making apparatus to crowds is exposed when his magical bottle actually works—he attempts to use it for his own gain by making an enormous person disappear into it.
