Henk Kuijpers delivers a breathtaking cover for Klifhanger — the red-haired heroine Franka clings desperately to a sheer stone cliff face, with crashing waves and jagged rocks waiting far below. Two golden-hilted swords tumble through the air around her, adding a sharp sense of danger to an already precarious situation. It's a wonderfully tense image that captures everything Dutch adventure comics do so well, and a fine entry in this long-running 2024 series.
