Written by Chihiro Ishizuka and Melissa Tanaka, and illustrated by Chihiro Ishizuka with lettering by Grace Lu and Tomoe Tsutsumi, the issue’s cover by Chihiro Ishizuka captures the café’s faint, otherworldly glow.
