The third chapter of Dark Horse's five-part Floaters series delivers a cover that crackles with raw kinetic energy — a figure in a striking yellow costume grapples fiercely with a caped opponent while a third character looms in the chaotic background, the whole scene rendered with confident, dynamic linework by Lance Tooks. Part of the mature-readers "Comics from Spike" imprint, this 1993 series brought together the creative talents of writers Cinqué Lee and Sean Fagan alongside Tooks, who handled every aspect of the cover art from pencils to inks. With two issues still to go, this midpoint chapter looks set to push its characters to their limits.
