In "Sivana the Weather Wizard," Captain Marvel investigates a surge of catastrophic storms—tornadoes, floods, and earthquakes—plaguing the nation, threatening insurance companies and sparking suspicion. When he uncovers a pattern tied to a single firm profiting from the chaos, he zeroes in on the mastermind behind the mayhem: Dr. Sivana, aided by his allies Beautia and Herman, whose schemes reach into the very fabric of nature itself.
