Fire and Ice are living their best lives on Terry and Rachel Dodson's charming cover — the two heroes kicked back and laughing, sharing slices of pink cake and cold drinks while a boxy robot dutifully serves them, all against a backdrop of Smallville very much ablaze. The tagline says it all: "Getting along like a town on fire… (wait, the town is like… REALLY on fire.)" It's a wonderfully playful final image for Joanne Starer and Natacha Bustos's run, capturing the easy, funny chemistry between Beatriz and Tora that has defined this series. A satisfying send-off with heart, humor, and just the right amount of chaos.
