Dr. Karl Hartog, a famous explorer, wanted an aerial survey made of a strange lost valley in South America. In a jet-liner, Nick Shannon and Molly Nelson flew over the area, but the aircraft was set on fire by an erupting volcano and seemed to be doomed.
