In a bid to score a free trip to Paris on the cheap, Uncle Scrooge launches a one-dollar art contest, challenging Donald Duck and Gladstone Gander to create the best portrait or statue of him. With Huey, Dewey, and Louie watching the competition unfold, the stakes are low but the rivalry is high as both nephews and their cousin go all out to impress the miserly magnate.
