A Marine named Leatherneck Jack engages in combat with a terrorist, disarming him and preventing his escape. After the terrorist is captured, Jack encounters a woman named Olga who claims to be a spy, and he is cautioned about trusting her. The story follows Jack's efforts to protect a Canadian Army Captain being held in a nearby prison camp, with plans to use disguises and an escape route through a broken bridge to reach the P.O.W. camp. Jack and another Marine, Tripoli, are captured but devise a plan involving hidden weapons and a distraction to facilitate the Captain's release.

Leatherneck Jack [Sgt. Jack Rogers]

Sgt. Jack Rogers returns from Korea on furlough to discover his buddy Marine Corporal Tim Dennison has vanished—his only lead a mysterious white Russian dancer named Olga. Packaged Peril!
4 pp · War

Marine Sgt. Phil Corcoran's peaceful surf-casting trip to a typhoon-ravaged beach takes a deadly turn when he stumbles upon agents of the Formosan Red Underground meeting a mysterious sampan under cover of darkness—and suddenly finds himself caught between enemy rifles and the sea. Forced to improvise his escape and tail the smugglers to their destination, Corcoran races back to the Nationalist camp to assemble a team and stop the contraband before it can be distributed. What the Red agents are smuggling proves far more dangerous than weapons or opium, and the Marine must act fast to prevent it from reaching those it's meant to poison.

6 pp · Humor
Canteen Kate

Canteen Kate tries to rescue a fellow soldier from trouble when he's caught with pin-up magazines that belong to Major Herringbone—by offering to pose for replacement pictures herself. What follows is a madcap chase through camp as Kate's photography sessions keep landing them in increasingly awkward situations, each narrowly avoided until one final, hilariously botched scheme threatens to backfire spectacularly. It's a fast-paced romp full of slapstick mishaps and quick thinking that never quite goes according to plan.

Experiment With Death
6 pp · War

When Marine Privates Danny Blake and Pat Fogarty discover their bazooka rockets are duds, they're ordered to test-fire them in a remote valley—only to stumble onto a Chinese Communist battalion secretly burrowing through abandoned mine tunnels to break the encirclement. With most of their ammunition failing to explode and enemy forces closing in from multiple directions, the two Marines must make every remaining shot count to alert their command and stop the surprise assault. It's a tense race against time where a faulty weapons shipment becomes the least of their problems.

Fugitives From The Firing Squad
7 pp · War
Tripoli Shores

Marine Sergeant Tripoli Shores and his squad mate Arky Woods pull off a daring bluff—surrendering to enemy forces in North Korea to locate a hidden jet base that's been eluding U.N. intelligence. Thrown into a prison camp near the Manchurian border, the two must navigate a gauntlet of guards, patrols, and disguises to scout the enemy installations and find their way back out alive.
