Fightin' Five #34

In "Death Rode the Red Wind," the Fightin' Five engage enemy forces at an ancient foreign legion fort while pursuing a villain on horseback who shouts commands to kill foreigners. During the aerial battle that follows, a Stuka pilot fires on the team's aircraft, damaging the rudder and causing one plane to catch fire; a team member named Tomtom rescues a fellow pilot from the burning wreckage. The Fightin' Five ultimately work to save downed Junkers pilots despite the dangerous circumstances and enemy opposition surrounding the fort.
