Fight Comics #82 features two military aviation stories. "Rip Carson: Commando Strike" follows intelligence officer Rip Carson and his squadron as they investigate what the Red Army is building off the coast, encountering a suspicious beachcomber and engaging in aerial combat with enemy fighters while trying to capture a deserter alive. "Rip Carson" shows Carson leading his squadron toward a suspected sector to investigate Red activity, discovering what appears to be a major installation at a solid bank and encountering red-starred enemy aircraft in combat.

Death for the Red Dragon

During the Korean War, a pair of combat veterans called Hole-Card Harris and Shadow are caught in a desperate fight against an enemy tank commander known as the Red Dragon—a ruthless Moscow-trained officer commanding a heavily armored assault on a U.N. outpost. When Harris is wounded and captured, he must navigate enemy lines and a treacherous enemy camp to rejoin Shadow and hold the line until reinforcements arrive. With the odds stacked against them and the promised "big push" hanging in the balance, the two trouble-shooters will have to use every ounce of cunning and grit to survive the Dragon's fury.
