Other stories in the issue include "Chip Collins: Sky Fighter" in "Lair of the Vulture," "The Gar Fighter" striking at the "Secret Legion," "Snake Brodie" in "Cannibal Lagoon," and "Oran of the Jungle" in "Tamer of the Wild," along with tales featuring "The Power Man" and other action-packed adventures. The issue also includes a humorous story titled "Slugnutty Sam" by Fist E. Cuffs, involving boxing and comedic mishaps between fighters and spectators.
Shark Brodie ventures into the New Hebrides jungle to rescue Jon Kingsley and his wife, who vanished into the wilderness four days prior. When he discovers the pair held captive by Mogo and other headhunters demanding five skulls for their release, Brodie devises a daring plan to infiltrate the village and secure their freedom. This 1940 adventure tests Brodie's wits and quick reflexes against impossible odds in one of the South Seas' most dangerous territories.
