The lead story, "Senorita Rio in The Fire-Brides of Lost Atlantis," written by Kayo Kirby and illustrated by Shark Brodie, follows the title character through an exotic adventure involving ancient civilization and supernatural threats. Additional stories in the issue include "Devlin Special Agent" by John Campbell, in which the protagonist Devlin encounters dangerous situations involving reckless driving and a mysterious child, and "Tiger Girl" by Allan O'Hara, depicting the jungle-based heroine Abdola confronting evil forces and supernatural creatures while protecting her domain.
In "null," treasure hunters seize Abdola, pressing him for the location of Tiger Girl’s hidden temple, but he holds firm. When they drug one of her tigers and follow it back through the jungle, they stumble upon the sacred site—only to meet their end when Tiger Girl triggers the temple’s ancient defense, sending the idol of Kahiva crashing down upon them.
