Cecilias far har dött och lämnat efter sig en skatt som Cecilias onde farbror doktor Schröder gärna vill åt. Felix blir tillsammans med en privatdetektiv och en urstark cirkusartist indragen i historien, och tillsammans försöker de hitta skatten före Schröder.
