Feature Funnies #19 is an anthology comprising multiple humor and adventure strips. "Gallant Knight" follows Sir Neville as he battles enemy forces and a moorish horde in a mountainous region, eventually removing his armor to make his escape and swimming toward an approaching vessel, uncertain whether it contains a friend or foe. "Espionage" by Will Erwin depicts a spy plot centered on the Panama Canal, in which agents plan to cause an insurrection and destroy American control of the waterway, resulting in a stabbing death and coded messages about revolution. "Lala Palooza" by Rube Goldberg humorously chronicles Vincent's efforts to host a coming-out party for his niece, involving mishaps with a dinner partner, a swing band, and various guests who misunderstand his plans, culminating in a chaotic gathering at 25 Oak Street.
