Sergeant Reynolds investigates young Tim Benson's mysterious disappearance along the coast of western Canada, only to discover that the real target is a set of naval maps hidden in a ship model belonging to Tim's father—maps that Captain Crane and Philip Kemp are willing to kill for. With Betty Benson caught in the crossfire and the stakes rising fast, Reynolds must board Crane's schooner to stop the villains and rescue the captives before it's too late.
Captain Fortune pursues the Ghost Pirates across treacherous seas in this swashbuckling sea battle, tracking the villainous crew from open ocean through a hidden reef passage and into a secluded lagoon. When the pirates launch a dawn assault on Fortune's ship, the Revenge, he devises a cunning plan using makeshift explosives to turn the tide of the fight. The chase culminates in a desperate final confrontation as Fortune's men hunt down the last of the Ghost Pirates before they can escape into the jungle.
Captain Bruce Blackburn, a surgically disguised American intelligence operative, uncovers a sinister spy plot to assassinate the King and Queen of Solvonia during their goodwill visit to New York—a scheme designed to shatter diplomatic ties between the two nations. Blackburn infiltrates the enemy agents by posing as one of their own, but when his true identity is exposed, he must race against time to stop a radio-controlled explosive boat aimed at the royal vessel. With quick thinking and nerves of steel, Blackburn battles to prevent catastrophe on the high seas.
