Feature Comics #125 is an anthology issue featuring multiple stories. "Swing Sissom" follows the titular character as he and his band of magicians confront their deadly enemy, the Maestro of Murder, a criminal band leader who demands death until Swing Sissom and his musicians defeat him. In another story, Bimpy encounters a magical flying carpet that he initially sells, only to later trade five new rugs to retrieve it after discovering its extraordinary value. The issue also includes a humorous segment involving Perky, a psychiatrist assigned to a sanitarium who encounters the peculiar case of Old Mother Hubbard and attempts to analyze her nursery-rhyme-inspired madness.
