Roscoe spots a thousand-dollar reward for the capture of the notorious bandit Joe Bunco and boasts he can take him down single-handedly—but when he actually confronts the villain, things spiral into a comedy of errors involving mistaken identities, escaped prisoners, and an increasingly skeptical sheriff. With Bunco on the loose and the law hot on his trail, Roscoe must scramble to clear his name and prove he's not working with the criminal he was hired to catch.
