Feature Comics #100 is an anthology issue containing multiple stories. "The Doll Man Crashes the City of Crime" follows the superhero as he battles criminals and uncovers a plot involving a killer. A Blimpy story shows the character attempting to solve a cemetery problem, only to inadvertently create chaos with magical helpers. Another segment features Spin Shaw and other characters, with one story involving musicians Bonnie and Dundy, where Bonnie reflects on Dundy's past as a trumpet player and expresses concern about his current situation. The issue also includes an adventure involving a female character infiltrating what appears to be a criminal temple hideout on an island, where she encounters hostile captors and calls for Captain Shaw's help.
