Fear Agent #31

The fourth chapter of "Out of Step" arrives in style with a cover by Tony Moore that earns every bit of your attention: a lone, white-haired figure stands dwarfed at the base of a cluster of enormous, multi-eyed alien creatures — bulbous, fleshy masses of pink and blue bristling with mechanical components and unsettling gaze. The sheer scale of that confrontation, one person against a looming wall of grotesque extraterrestrial life, captures exactly the kind of pulpy sci-fi dread that has made this series so compelling. With Rick Remender writing and Mike Hawthorne joining Tony Moore on art duties, issue #31 is a fine place to be swept up in Fear Agent's wild, human-against-the-universe energy.
