Fear Agent #28 opens the five-part "Out of Step" arc with a cover by Tony Moore that pulls no punches: Heath Huston — battered, bloodied, and barely holding himself up on all fours — stares out from beneath a massive mechanical arm poised directly above him, surrounded by the wreckage of an alien landscape. It's a gut-punch image that captures the series' bruising brand of pulp sci-fi perfectly. Rick Remender, Mike Hawthorne, and the rest of the creative team look set to put their hero through the wringer once again in this 2010 Dark Horse chapter.
