Fear Agent #23

The second chapter of "I Against I" arrives with one of the most arresting images in this Dark Horse series — a massive, taloned alien creature looms over a fallen human figure on a desolate alien desert, while a saddled horse grazes nearby, indifferent to the danger, all beneath a breathtaking twilight sky dominated by a ringed planet and twin moons. Tony Moore's cover work captures that signature Fear Agent blend of pulpy science fiction and frontier grit, with Lee Loughridge's warm purples and burnt oranges giving the scene a haunting, cinematic atmosphere. Rick Remender's six-part arc is clearly in full swing, and this image alone makes a compelling case for picking up the issue.
