This anthology issue features multiple animal-themed comic stories, including "Willie and Sammy," where Willie helps Sammy with spelling lessons that go awry, and a story about the Boston Blackies involving a missing pipe and a valuable invisible diamond at an office. Another story follows Hoppy the rabbit who becomes entangled in a scheme when two criminal animals use magical words to transform him into Marvel Bunny and wrap him in bundles to be cleaned as part of the mayor's banquet preparations, ultimately leading to mechanical hands discovering his predicament.

Fuzzy Lends a Helping Hand
1 pp · Anthropomorphic-Funny Animals

When Benny Beaver's car gets a dented fender, he enlists the reluctant help of his pal Fuzzy Bear to straighten it out. But a simple job of holding a block of wood and swinging a sledge hammer becomes anything but simple when Fuzzy takes his instructions a little too literally. This one-pager from William Brady delivers the kind of slapstick mix-up that made Fawcett's funny animal comics such fast-paced fun.

The Case of the Invisible Diamond
4 pp · Anthropomorphic-Funny Animals

Detectives Sherlock the Monk and Chuck are hired by Boston Blackie to guard a valuable diamond while he's out for the evening—an assignment that seems straightforward until the diamond mysteriously vanishes, then just as mysteriously reappears as "invisible." When suspicion falls on Blackie and a stolen muffler surfaces, our two detectives must untangle whether they're protecting an honest man or being played for fools.
