Fawcett Movie Comic #20

A comic adaptation of Sir Walter Scott's Ivanhoe, in which the knight Ivanhoe becomes entangled in medieval intrigue involving the Saxon maiden Rebecca and the Norman nobility. When Rebecca is accused of sorcery and witchcraft, Ivanhoe must navigate complex political alliances—including ransoms in gold and silver, pledges of honor, and conflicts between the English and Austrian courts—to secure her freedom and prove her innocence. The story culminates in a trial at Prince John's castle where Rebecca's fate hangs in the balance amid charges of black magic.
