“Render Unto Caesar”

In "Render Unto Caesar," John Byrne delivers a high-stakes showdown as Terrax drags Manhattan into space, forcing the Fantastic Four into a desperate ultimatum: destroy Galactus or watch the world fall. With Byrne both writing and drawing, the issue crackles with emotional weight and kinetic energy, as the team and their allies face down the cosmic threat—Galactus—after his power is stripped, leaving Earth in the balance. The cover, also by Byrne, captures the moment’s gravity in bold, dynamic lines.
