Fantastic Four #37 (682)
In "There Are Monsters on Yancy Street," the Fantastic Four face a surprisingly personal threat when the kids of the neighborhood—caught up in a Halloween scheme gone too far—are dragged into a dangerous game by the Profiteer’s henchmen. Dan Slott and Nico Leon deliver a tense, character-driven tale where the usual superheroics take a backseat to the stakes of childhood and community, all wrapped in Dono Sánchez-Almara’s vivid colors and Joe Caramagna’s sharp lettering. The cover by Terry Dodson and Rachel Dodson captures the eerie charm of the moment, hinting at the unseen forces at play on a quiet New York street.

The children's plan to receive as much Halloween candy as possible by wearing different costumes while visiting the same houses is foiled by Ben and Alicia, who make them return all of it. While they are doing so, they are confronted by the henchmen of the Profiteer, who wants to return them to the interplanetary arena where they were forced to fight each other.
