Fantastic Four #21 (666)
In "Living History," Dan Slott and Paco Medina bring a fresh, high-stakes chapter to the Fantastic Four as Val and Franklin Richards are tasked with watching the volatile alien children N'kalla and Jo-Venn—each a child of the Kree and Skrull empires. When their efforts to keep the peace fail, Wolverine and Spider-Man arrive on the scene, their instincts clashing with the truth of what's really happening, while the Priests of Pama sense an ancient omen stirring. The cover by Nick Bradshaw captures the tension, and the interior art by Medina and Izaakse brings the emotional weight and alien spectacle to life.

Val and Franklin are sent back to Earth by their parents, charged with watching N'kalla and Jo-Venn, the warring alien children (Skrull and Kree respectively). Unable to control the children's fighting, the Richardses call for help, and both Wolverine and Spider-Man respond without knowing exactly what the problem is. Believing Alicia to be in danger, Wolverine stabs N'kalla, only recognizing her as a Skrull but not a child. Elsewhere, the presence of the aliens is detected by the Priests of Pama, who believe it is a sign of the coming Dark Harvest.
