This anthology issue contains two crime stories from police files. "The T-Men" follows federal agents tracking down a drug combine operating through street vendors, culminating in the arrest of members including Rhuel Erdon, who receives a twenty-year sentence on June 13, 1939. The second story depicts the Dickson family's involvement in a stolen car operation and kidnapping scheme, which ends when they are caught by authorities and apprehended during an attempted escape on a boat.
