Falcon & Winter Soldier #2

The tagline says it all — "8 Cars. 8 Kinds of Killer. All Aboard!" — and Dan Mora's cover delivers on every word, depicting Falcon and Winter Soldier locked in a rooftop brawl against a full gauntlet of armed and dangerous opponents, with bullets, blades, and shell casings flying in every direction. It's a wonderfully kinetic image that captures both heroes fighting back-to-back (and back-to-enemy) across what appears to be a speeding train, civilians scrambling below while a one-eyed gunman, a sword-wielding fighter, and several other threats crowd the frame. Derek Landy, Federico Vicentini, and Matt Milla bring the same high-octane energy inside, making this second issue feel like exactly the kind of propulsive action-thriller team-up Marvel does best.
