Will saves Cole from being hanged, while Red stays behind. Marshal Drake comes in pursuit of Cole and kills the sheriff holding Red. When Will and Cole return for Red, they discover the dead sheriff and threaten Red's life, demanding he explain why Drake left him alive. Red has no idea.
