F.C. De Kampioenen #19

In this Belgian comics favorite by Hec Leemans, issue 19 goes full superhero parody as one of the gang has apparently transformed into a massive, Hulk-like green giant — fists raised, glasses intact, trousers barely surviving the ordeal. The rest of the familiar F.C. De Kampioenen crew watches on with a wonderful mix of alarm, bewilderment, and wide-eyed disbelief. "Supermarkske" promises exactly the kind of good-natured absurdist humor that made this series such a beloved fixture of Belgian comics in 2001.
